2. Look who is 8 months old!!
Our baby boy is growing, growing, growing. No check-up again this month, but he is starting to grow out of 9-month clothing and fitting rather comfortably into 12-month. All of the sudden he is sitting without support, mimicking all kinds of sounds and movements, and eating Cheerios with a little pincer grasp! He's still not crawling, but instead seems content to manuever around with his pivot-and-roll-- and honestly prefers to study his surroundings and explore whatever is within reach. He and Liam have a funny little "language" that consists of mostly screaming and growling back and forth with each other. It makes me laugh every time-- unless, of course, they are doing this in the confines of the car-- in which case, it just gets to be a little much. He is still a rock-star sleeper, and still only has those two little bottom teeth... although those upper gums are looking awfully swollen, and we're pretty sure more teeth are on the way!
