In the middle of December, Anthony agreed to hold down the fort for a few days while I flew to Las Vegas for Uncle Tim's graduation as an Officer in the US Air Force Weapons School. Tim had been pushed to the limit for the past almost 6 months, and we couldn't have been prouder of him for seeing it through to the end. I was so excited to be able to go and to celebrate the big accomplishment of my little brother! Plus, it was my first trip to Vegas! Here are some of my favorite photos from the weekend.
Nana and Grandpa at the Bellagio
Aunt Jackie and me in front of Paris
I stayed with Nana and Grandpa at the Wyndham Grand Desert- it was beautiful! Grandpa didn't care that it was only 45 degrees out; he couldn't wait to jump in that pool.
At the Bellagio before Tim's graduation
There was a reception for Tim's class before the ceremony, and Jackie was presented with a gift for all her support and patience while Tim pushed through this very intensive, difficult program.

A beautiful couple!

At the graduation ceremony (there were almost 1000 people in that ballroom!)- Tim standing to be recognized.

Baby 2- due in less than 3 months!
The day after Tim's graduation, Nana, Grandpa, and I spent the day sightseeing on the strip. We wanted to see as many of the hotels as possible, and we came pretty close to seeing them all! First stop was the MGM Grand, where cousin Derek and his wife Jamie had been married a few months prior.
