2013 Portraits

We took the boys in for their annual portrait session back in November.  Joergen refused to be photographed, so we deployed our secret weapon: playing catch with a football we'd brought from home.

Finally, and by the grace of God, the photographer somehow snagged the winning shot:

Joergen- 2 1/2 years

Liam, on the other hand, may as well have been posing for a magazine spread.

Liam's school pictures this fall were just so... Liam!

He is really into dressing up these days.  He insists on a tie every Sunday for church, and we finally had to bite the bullet and actually buy him a pair of dress shoes :)

Our 2013 portrait round-up would not be complete without a picture with Santa.  Joergen was smiling from ear to ear... until they snapped the photo, anyway!  They were an adorable united front asking Santa for just one thing between them this year: a set of walkie talkies.
